Torta di arance sanguinelle di Sicilia

Ingredienti:

 

Il succo di 2 arance
3 uova
300 gr di farina
250 gr di zucchero
75 g r di burro
1 cucchiaio di latte
1 bustina di lievito

Preparazione:
Girare bene in una terrina lo zucchero con i tuorli e la buccia grattugiata delle arance.
Aggiungere la farina gradatamente e il succo delle due arance; unire, poi, al composto il burro fuso tiepido,il latte e chiare montate a neve.
Mescolare bene il tutto, aggiungere il lievito e mettere in una teglia rotonda.
Infornare per 35 minuti.
