Ingredienti:

1 Kg di farina bianca
12 uova
600 gr di zucchero
300 gr di ciocolata in polvere

Preparazione:

Disponete a fontana la farina e versatevi i tuorli sbattuti insieme ad un poco di sugna.
Quando la pasta รจ ben consistente, preparate dei bastoncini grossi un dito e di circa due cm di lunghezza.
Friggeteli nella sugna e, dopo averli asciugati con carta assorbente, disponeteli a montagnetta.
Fondete a fuoco moderato lo zucchero e la cioccolata e versate i due composti sulla pignolata in modo che risulti bicolore.
