Ingredienti:

75 gr di foglie di menta fresche
500 gr di zucchero semolato
1 litro di alcol per liquori a 95°
3 bicchieri di acqua

Preparazione:

Lavare ed asciugare bene le foglie di menta, disporle con l’alcol in un contenitore a chiusura ermetica.
Chiudete e lasciate riposare per 10 giorni agitando di tanto in tanto.
Preparate lo sciroppo, facendo sciogliere a fuoco moderato lo zucchero con l’ acqua,  poi lasciate intiepidire .
Filtrate l’ alcol aromatizzato, unitelo allo sciroppo, fate raffreddare e imbottigliate.
