Ingredienti:

700 gr di pasta tipo maccheroncino
1 Kg di sarde fresche
1 mazzetto di finocchietti selvatici
1 cipolla
1 etto di uva passa
etto di pinoli
1 bicchiere di olio
1 pizzico di zafferano
sale q. b.


Preparazione:

Cuocere il finocchietto, scolarlo senza buttare l’ acqua di cottura.
Soffriggere la cipolla, aggiungere le sarde precedentemente diliscate e ben lavate.
Aggiungere i finocchietti, tagliuzzati, i pinoli, l'uva passa, lo zafferano e il sale.
Cuocere la pasta nell’acqua dei finocchietti, scolarla e girare il tutto in un tegame, cospargere di mollica di pane abbrustolita, e passare il tutto in forno per fare gratinare per qualche minuto.
